After inspection and testing components, we determined the breakers and size 4 starter were damaged.

We provided a quote to rebuild the unit as a DEA Terminator 3.

We were able to re-use the connectors, DEA Ground Monitors, CTs and the control power transformer and save the customer 43% of the cost of a new Terminator 3.
